Welcome to Cards on the Harbor. By browsing our website, purchasing from our online store at shop.cardsontheharbor.com, or visiting one of our retail stores in Burleson (445 Southwest Wilshire Boulevard, TX 76028) or Rockwall (811 E Yellow Jacket Lane, Suite 117, TX 75032), you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to protect both our customers and our business, and to ensure every transaction is transparent, secure, and fair.

Cards on the Harbor provides an online marketplace for trading cards, sealed products, and related collectibles, as well as information about our in-store services and live events. We reserve the right to update product availability, pricing, and event details at any time without prior notice. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability at the time of fulfillment.

You agree to provide accurate information during checkout and to use our website solely for lawful purposes. Misuse of the site — including fraudulent purchases, unauthorized reselling of protected content, or attempts to compromise site security — may result in order cancellation and a permanent ban from future purchases.

Every trading card and sealed booster box sold by Cards on the Harbor is 100% authentic. Singles are visually inspected and graded in-house before listing. We use the following condition standards:

• Near Mint (NM) — Minimal to no visible wear; sharp corners and clean surface.
• Lightly Played (LP) — Minor edge wear or surface scratches; fully presentable.
• Moderately Played (MP) — Visible wear consistent with honest, collector-grade condition.

If you ever receive an item that does not match its listed condition, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and packaged with protective sleeves, top-loaders, and rigid mailers to ensure safe transit. Tracking is provided for all shipped orders. In-store pickup is available at our Rockwall retail location during normal operating hours at no additional cost.

We stand behind every card we sell. If an item arrives damaged, materially misgraded, or not as described, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Sealed product that has been opened is non-returnable unless it arrived damaged or incorrect.

To initiate a return, email cothrockwall@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

All online transactions are processed securely through our official store. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is captured at the time of order confirmation. A minimum order amount may apply for online checkout. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes where required by law.

Cards on the Harbor hosts regular card shows and trade events in Rockwall, TX. Tickets and vendor tables for these events are sold through our official event partner. Ticket and table purchases are subject to that partner's terms and refund policy. Event dates, times, and venues are subject to change; always confirm details on the event listing before attending.

Your privacy is paramount. We collect only the information necessary to process your orders, communicate about events, and improve your shopping experience. This includes your name, contact details, shipping address, and payment authorization — never your full card number, which is handled entirely by our secure payment processor.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Customer details are used exclusively for order fulfillment, customer support, and essential transactional notices. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly.
